 谁是我们这个时代的英雄？政坛名人？电影明星？体育明星？也许吧……可日常生活中的英雄呢？是辛辛苦苦养育我们的父母。在孝子们眼里，母亲才是最值得崇敬的「超级英雄」。 来瞧瞧我们的「超级英雄」Frankie Heck（Patricia Heaton扮演）。她有三重身份：贤妻，良母，二手车推销员。她有什么特别的地方？她住在美国中部，过着中产阶级的生活，岁数接近中年，她的生活里一切都带个「中」字。她有什么「超能力」？每天早上把丈夫Mike（Neil Flynn扮演）伺候得舒舒服服的，然后把三个孩子平平安安地送出家门！ Frankie Heck和Mike一辈子都住在小镇Jasper（印第安纳州）上，正好夹在两座工厂的中间－－一座是糕点厂，一座是轮胎厂。Jasper的居民呼吸什么空气，得看当天刮什么风。也许你上午闻到的是甜甜的蛋糕味，下午就变成了刺鼻的橡胶味。 Mike是个言语不多，但是出言必惊人的男人，他在镇上的采石场担任经理。而Frankie在当地一家二手车行工作，业绩排名第三。不过，车行里也就只有三个销售员……她也许工作能力不足，当不了女强人，也不可能出人头地。可只要回到家里，她「大展拳脚」的时刻就来临了。 Frankie的大儿子Axel（Charlie McDermott扮演）喜欢做白日梦，喜欢枪炮与玫瑰乐队，喜欢一切反传统的东西；女儿Sue（Eden Sher扮演）做事总是毛手毛脚，虽然爱好广泛，但却一事无成；只有7岁的小儿子Brick（Atticus Shaffer扮演）除了自己的书包外再无其他朋友。 这是一部描述家庭关系的情景喜剧，没有跌宕起伏的剧情，也没有浮华的气氛。本剧用平实的故事告诉观众：家庭总是第一位的。不管你做什么，都应该团结家人、形成家庭合力。

　　该剧改编自Andrea Mara的同名畅销小说，Marissa Irvine（莎拉·斯努克 Sarah Snook 饰）去到了亚瑟大街14号——她的儿子Milo与新学校里的另一个男孩在那里进行游戏约会，Marissa是去接Milo回家的。但应门的女人却不是那个男孩的母亲或保姆，Milo也不在她身边。这样，一个家长最恐怖的噩梦开始了。故事被描述为“一个看似合理的可怕状况，最终揭示了社群中被深埋的秘密”。

　　本剧基于Frederick Forsyth的同名小说和1973年同名改编电影创作。
　　“豺狼”（埃迪·雷德梅恩 Eddie Redmayne 饰）是一个无与伦比、难以捉摸的独行杀手，他以执行高报酬的刺杀任务为生。处于“豺狼”私人生活中心的Nuria（乌苏拉·科尔维罗 Úrsula Corberó 饰）对他的身份却一无所知。在最近一次杀人后，“豺狼”遇到了自己的对手，顽强的英国情报探员Bianca（拉什纳·林奇 Lashana Lynch 饰）。Bianca开始在欧洲各地追捕“豺狼”，一场惊心动魄的猫鼠追逐战由此展开，随之而来的是一连串的破坏。

　　利兆天（陶大宇 饰）是香港巨富，他的出身却颇为复杂。原来，以前他的父亲来香港闯荡前曾在老家娶了妻子明星（叶德娴 饰），来港后被富商的女儿白宴（鲍起静 饰）看上，于是又娶了白宴。后来怀孕的明星来港找寻丈夫，白宴大方的让明星入了门。可惜后来和明星一同生产的白宴却小产了，明星 则顺利生下儿子利兆天，利父为了讨好岳父而用兆天顶替了白宴难产的儿子，而将明星送回了老家。明星当时已经怀有了第二胎，回家后的明星又顺利诞下了儿子明智杰（谭耀文 饰），母子俩一直在老家过着清贫的生活。明智杰长大后虽然只是一个出租车司机，但为人却十分上进，极具野心。随后一次偶然机会，智杰救了兆天，并认出了他就是香港巨富，于是带着母亲一同来到香港。随后。智杰进入了兆天的公司工作。
　　智杰和兆天同时爱上了模特路云（周海媚 饰），智杰由此和兆天变得水火不容，两兄弟的恩怨情仇由此展开。

　　Set in the idyllic but fragile beach paradise of sunny 1980s San Diego, Physical is a half-hour dark comedy following Sheila Rubin (Byrne), a quietly tortured, seemingly dutiful housewife supporting her smart but controversial husband’s bid for state assembly. But behind closed doors, Sheila has her own darkly funny take on life she rarely lets the world see. She’s also battling a complex set of personal demons relating to her self-image… that is, until she finds release through the unlikeliest source: the world of aerobics. Season two found Byrne having successfully launched her first fitness video only to encounter some new and bigger obstacles on her path. She is torn between loyalty to her husband (Rory Scovel) and the values he represents, and a dangerous attraction to someone else. And since she’s no longer the only game in town, she finds herself having to outrun some fierce new competitors on the road to building a full-fledged fitness empire.
　　Physical is produced by Tomorrow Studios (an ITV Studios partnership) and created, written and executive produced by Weisman, who also serves as showrunner. This series is directed by Stephanie Laing, who also serves as executive producer alongside Adelstein, Clements and Bachner for Tomorrow Studios, and Byrne.

　　NBC在TCA活动上宣布一口气续订医务剧《#医院革命# New Amsterdam》三季，使其起码播到22-23年度（第五季），同时他们宣布正研究为《医院革命》制作衍生剧。
