　　剧集设定在原版剧集结局的8年后，依旧聚焦在纽约私立学校的青少年们，故事围绕这群青少年与名为“绯闻女孩”的网站展开。该剧将由“非白人”演员主演，将探索社交媒体与纽约城市景观的变化，其中包括更多酷儿内容，共10集。克里斯汀·贝尔回归担任旁白。
