　　随着上一季的结束，Castor克隆人不再构成威胁，克隆人姐妹们的生活似乎可以回归平静，但孕育于过往的险境出现了：一个名为Neolution的组织一直在牵动Leda、Castor、Dyad 和 Topside的命运。在离开冰岛安全屋后，Sarah遇到了神秘的新盟友，而这个人与这一切的开端有着密不可分的联系——Beth Childs。在黑客 Dizzy 的帮助下，Sarah不得不跟随 Beth的脚步，慢慢走向强大的新敌人。Sarah的家人安全受到威胁，她承受着巨大的压力，与此同时，克隆人姐妹们正在被分开推往不同的方向。为了在这次考验中幸存下来，她们必须比此前任何时候都更团结一致。

　　本剧由R ashid创作编剧18岁的自闭症患者Sam（Gilchrist 饰）找寻爱和独立的故事。他有趣但痛苦的自我发现之旅让他的家庭重新思考人生：什么才叫正常？Leigh饰演他的母亲Elsa，她也在她的自我发现旅途中；Rapaport饰演他的父亲Doug。Brigette Lundy-Paine饰演Sam的妹妹Casey，Amy Okuda饰演Sam的治疗师Julia。

　　Season 3 follows the fortunes of a young U-boat crew as they engage in the Battle of the Atlantic, are hunted down by an obsessed Royal Navy Commander (Ray Stevenson) and are sent on a dangerous mission to the Southern Hemisphere. These discoveries and aspects of his own history deriving from dark experiences on the Eastern front, lead him to question his own actions and moral path. They also lead him to a shadowy figure caught up in a conspiracy that might change the course of the War - for the better. That man, very much changed by his own shattering experiences, is Klaus Hoffmann (Rick Okon). These two historically based strands come together in an unexpected, thrilling finale.

　　利兆天（陶大宇 饰）是香港巨富，他的出身却颇为复杂。原来，以前他的父亲来香港闯荡前曾在老家娶了妻子明星（叶德娴 饰），来港后被富商的女儿白宴（鲍起静 饰）看上，于是又娶了白宴。后来怀孕的明星来港找寻丈夫，白宴大方的让明星入了门。可惜后来和明星一同生产的白宴却小产了，明星 则顺利生下儿子利兆天，利父为了讨好岳父而用兆天顶替了白宴难产的儿子，而将明星送回了老家。明星当时已经怀有了第二胎，回家后的明星又顺利诞下了儿子明智杰（谭耀文 饰），母子俩一直在老家过着清贫的生活。明智杰长大后虽然只是一个出租车司机，但为人却十分上进，极具野心。随后一次偶然机会，智杰救了兆天，并认出了他就是香港巨富，于是带着母亲一同来到香港。随后。智杰进入了兆天的公司工作。
　　智杰和兆天同时爱上了模特路云（周海媚 饰），智杰由此和兆天变得水火不容，两兄弟的恩怨情仇由此展开。

　　在前四季中饰演威廉“公爵”威灵顿的斯图尔特·马丁将不会回归第五季。凯特·菲利普斯（曾出演《狼厅》、《王冠》）将回归饰演伊丽莎·斯卡雷特小姐，出演第五季的调查剧，该剧将更名为《斯嘉丽小姐》。

　　亚当（本·威士肖 Ben Whishaw 饰）是一名在公立医院里行医的妇产科医生，在公立医院里，无论是医疗设备还是人员配给都要远远糟于私立医院，在这里，亚当不仅要面对无休无止的加班，还要和刁钻苛刻的病人斗智斗勇，长期都处在巨大的压力之下。但幸运的是，在医院里，亚当还是交了一些朋友，比如初出茅庐的实习医生姝娣（安比卡·茂德 Ambika Mod 饰）。

　　该剧讲述了犯罪现场清理员黒箜在清理犯罪现场的时候遇到各路奇葩，通过一种黑色幽默的叙述风格影射了许多如今热门的社会现象，家庭暴力，明星炒作，媒体搬弄是非...初看引人发笑，细想令人深思。
